Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and hardware is included; surfboards must be packed with extra padding.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
